Worried your kids are going to waste away their March Break doing nothing? Looking for something fun for them to do? Check out the activities on offer at your local library branch. Red Cross Babysitting Course

Monday, March 11
9:00 – 5:00

For budding sitters age 11–15, this comprehensive day-long program teaches everything needed to know about babysitting in a fun, interactive, and informative way. This course costs $50 and includes all course materials including a manual. Registration required at citycpr.com

Stories and Craft

Tuesday, March 12
2:00 – 3:00

For ages 3+, there will be readings of stories and the making of a craft. Free tickets also available 30 minutes before the event.

March Break Puppet Show

The Power of the Pen: Handwriting Analysis

Friday, March 15
10:30 – 12:30

For teens and adults, Elaine Charal, a certified handwriting analyst, leads an informative and entertaining session on what a person’s handwriting says about him or her. Participants will learn how to communicate more effectively with friends, co-workers, family, and clients through handwritten notes. Everyone will have a five-minute individual handwriting analysis before or after the presentation.

Creepy Crawler Express

Led in a safe environment by professional staff, this hands-on show for kids age 4+ introduces a variety of interesting reptiles and insects.  Free tickets also available 30 minutes before the show.
