Danforth STEPs up in support of St. Leonard’s Society By Amanda Kirsten Grant On Thursday March 21st, the STEP program (Safer Tomorrows through Education and Play) of the St. Leonard’s Society will host their annual STEP into the Spotlight event at Whistler’s Grille. St. Leonard’s Society created the program to keep kids away from gangs and drugs, as part of their crime prevention initiative. STEP is an after school program for children grades 5 to 12.
