Katy Littlejohn
Arts & Entertainment Editor
Are you unsure what to do on a Saturday night? Are you wondering which is the best karaoke bar or which places are best to scope out the most talented acts in the neighbourhood? You’re reading about these places on this site, but who’s writing them? Meet Katy Littlejohn, the Arts and Entertainment editor of OnTheDanforth.ca. Hailing all the way from Cambridge, Ontario, this Pisces expressed an overwhelming amount of enthusiasm at finally being able to write about the things she enjoys.
Katy gets creative…
On The Danforth: If Hollywood was to make a movie about you, what would it be called, who would play you, and why?
Katy Littlejohn: Audrey Hepburn circa Sabrina would play the twenty-something Katy in the major motion picture event “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way Back from the Forum.”
OTD: You’re a superhero. What are your super powers?
KL: I’m a Bombshell Baker: I can bake one helluva cake and eat it too (without tipping the scale).
OTD: What is your favourite winter activity?
KL: Baking. And watching Christmas movies (while eating what I’ve baked). And then having weekend festivities with friends (to share said baked goods).
OTD: If you could go back in time, what era would you go to and why?
KL: Really, which WOULDN’T I go back to? From this century, I’d like to spend a little time in all of the decades (yes, even the eighties: “I WANNA ROCK!”).
OTD: If you could only have three electrical appliances in your house, what would they be and why?
KL: Oven (which includes a stove), refrigerator, TV/VCR combo (VHS is still alive!)
What is Katy’s plan for the future?
Look for her on planes, trains, and automobiles because this girl is looking for a job that will let her travel the world.
